My first introduction to Bedlingtons, in 1984, was to buy four dogs to rescue them from not very nice living conditions when I had gone to buy a Jack Russell Terrier!! Two of the four were called Honey and Misty – hence my affix.

Since 1999 I have been Top Breeder in the Terrier Group twice and Top Breeder for Bedlingtons five times.

Toby [my first Bedlington Terrier] was bred by Mrs M. J. Mewis who gave me the telephone number of a certain Wally Topham so that I could get him trimmed. Wow, little did I know what was going to happen from then. Wally Topham owned the Wetop Affix which had fantastic success in the 70's & 80's with some very beautiful dogs and was an expert at grooming this breed. He groomed my dog for about 2 years and accompanied me to many shows before finally telling to get on with it myself. I will never forget what Wally did for me and will be forever grateful.
