The GRANLASCO Kennel is a small breeding kennel officially recognized by E.N.C.I. ( the Italian Kennel Club ) and by F.C.I. Our dogs come from a skill selection which looks for health and sound dogs with a good temperament. We take a particular care for the morphology of our Bedlingtons . our bloodlines is English directly from Stanolly dogs and we look for mantaining this peculiarity even if we have introduced some German and Swedish dog to go outcross.

My first introduction to Bedlingtons, in 1984, was to buy four dogs to rescue them from not very nice living conditions when I had gone to buy a Jack Russell Terrier!! Two of the four were called Honey and Misty – hence my affix.

Since 1999 I have been Top Breeder in the Terrier Group twice and Top Breeder for Bedlingtons five times.

We have had dogs for 25 years of various types such as mixed breeds, Briard, English Springer Spaniel, and now 10 years Icelandic sheepdogs. Our dogs are first and foremost members of our family. They have done very well at shows in obedience and various other exercises.
